Understanding Project Management Principles and Processes is a course that provides an overview of of project management principles and processes. This course will define a project and provide a detailed definition of project management. This course will describe how projects evolve and are selected by organizations and also describe the individuals that are involved in a project as well as the responsibilities of the project manager. Finally, this course will define the phases of a project and describe how they correlate to a project.
