What is your refund policy?

Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, no refund will be provided. This is up to day and proprietary information. So, please think carefully before purchasing. Refund requests must be made with 24 hours and they most be in writing. Refund requests must be sent to PDUnow support 

You are purchasing access to our PMP Exam Preparation Course and Tools.  You will get access to all of the courses and tools immediately.  We recommend starting with the live sessions to learn what you will be tested on during the PMP exam. You will have access to every live session so you can pick the ones that best fit into your schedule. Next, take the lesson quizzes. You can listen to a recording of any live session, 24/7. Next, move on to Non-Timed Practice exams to apply course information to exam questions and learn how to answer them correctly.  Finally, take the timed practice exams to simulate the real PMP exam experience.

Our PMP Exam Prep plans are monthly plans that automatically renew at the end of 30 days. Canceling does not provide a refund. Canceling means that you choose not to be charged for an additional 30 days of access. You will continue to have access to all tools included in your plan until your 30 day access expires. You can cancel by within your account on the PDUnow site. Click the cancel link on the My Subscriptions page or reach out to PDUnow customer support.

You’ll have access to all of the PMP Exam Preparation Tools  for 30 days, then, you can extend your access by paying the monthly renewal fee. Our plans automatically renew each month. It is your responsibility to manage your plan, budget time in your schedule to use the resources included in your plan and to cancel when you no longer need access. You can cancel by within your account on the PDUnow site.
