NetCBT (the company that runs the PDUnow site) has been reviewed and approved as a Project Management Institute Authorized Training Partner (ATP)®. We have been working with PMI® since 2011. Our company renews our ATP approval every year with PMI®.
NetCBT is a Global ATP Provider. Because of our Global provider status, PMI® credential holders around the world may use PDUnow courses to earn PMI PDUs.
All courses on the PDUnow site are registered in the PMI CCR system. Take courses with confidence that your PDUs will be accepted for your credential renewal. To date, thousands of PDU claims have been successfully processed and accepted for PDUnow courses.

What is your refund policy?
Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, no refund will be provided. This is up to day and proprietary information. So, please think carefully before purchasing. How is the program structured?
You are purchasing access to our PMP Exam Preparation materials on a 30 day period. We offer three different plans to choose from. Pick the plan that best suites your needs.
What does cancel anytime mean?
Our PMP Exam Prep plans are monthly plans that automatically renew at the end of 30 days. Canceling does not provide a refund. Canceling means that you choose not to be charged for an additional 30 days of access. You will continue to have access to all tools included in your plan until your 30 day access expires. You can cancel by within your account on the PDUnow site. Click the cancel link on the My Subscriptions page or reach out to PDUnow customer support.
How long will I have access to the PMP Exam Preparation Tools like quizzes, live training and practice exams?
You’ll have access to all of the PMP Exam Preparation Tools for 30 days, then, you can extend your access by paying the monthly renewal fee. Our plans automatically renew each month. It is your responsibility to manage your plan, budget time in your schedule to use the resources included in your plan and to cancel when you no longer need access. You can cancel by within your account on the PDUnow site. Click the cancel link on the My Subscriptions page or reach out to PDUnow customer support.
Do I need to watch the Live sessions in order?
No. Our live sessions are all independent, meaning they do not need to be taken in order. Start anytime, join the live sessions that works for your schedule. Just plan on attending all sessions.
Am I guaranteed to Pass?
Our system and process has helped thousands of PMPs pass. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will pass. However, our system and process consistently produces a 95% passing rate. Just plan on following our system and put in the appropriate amount of time and effort, which will produce the most likely outcome of passing the PMP exam.
