Most frequent questions and answers

Yes. Our company is a PMI ATP® (Authorized Training Partner). We have been working with PMI since 2011. Our company renews our ATP approval every year with PMI®.

Yes. All courses listed on the PDUnow site are approved by PMI. All courses are registered in the PMI CCR system. 

Yes. You will automatically receive a certificate of completion for each course that you complete on the PDUnow site. You can view, print and download certificates of completion from the My Certificates area of your account. 

The PDUnow site offers PDU Plans that allow taking courses included in the plan. Students can also purchase courses individually. PDU plans typically offer the best value but individual course purchases can be a good option when just a few PDUs are required. 

The PDUnow site currently offers the following types of PDU plans:

  • 60 PDU Plans. There are four different 60 PDU Plans available.
  • No limit PDU Plans. These plans are great for practitioners that need to earn PMI PDUs for multiple credentials. 
  • Less than 60 PDU Plans.  We also offer 52, 45, 35 and 20 PDU plans. 
  • Specialty PDU Plans. These plans are for practitioners that need to earn PMI specialty PDUs such as Agile PDUs or Risk PDUs.

Most PDU Plans provide access to the courses included in the PDU Plan for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase. The duration for each plan is listed.

Yes. We pride ourselves on having a very fair refund policy. If you do not like our site or our courses, you may request a refund. No reason is needed to request a refund. We simply ask that you comply with our refund policies

For a PDU Subscription or Bundle

Students may receive a refund within 30 days of a subscription or bundle purchase if you have NOT completed any PDU courses that are available from the subscription or bundle. Any completed course(s) taken as part of a subscription or bundle will have their individual price subtracted from the refund amount.  Completed courses will not be refunded. A completed course is where you have passed the course final exam.

For Individual Courses

Students may receive a refund within 30 days of purchase if you have NOT completed the purchased course(s).   Completed courses will not be refunded. A completed course is where you have passed the course final exam.

There are two types of courses available on the PDUnow site: online PDF (text-based) courses and online video courses. 

Online PDF courses require reading the course material and passing an online exam.  You can download and print the exam questions and have them in front of you while reading the course material. You will also get unlimited attempts to pass the course exams.

Online video courses and recorded webinars require watching the videos in each course. These courses do not require passing an exam. Once you have watched the videos in these courses, the PDUnow will automatically generate a certificate of completion.

No. Once your PDU plan expires, you will no longer have access to the courses included in your plan. This means that you will not be able to either start a new course or complete any courses that were in progress. Please pay attention to your plan expiration date!  It is available at all times in the My Subscription area  of your PDUnow account.

Yes. You can print a receipt from the My Receipts area of your PDUnow account.

Yes. You will always receive free customer support from a real person. We have excellent customer support representatives that take pride in helping to solve customer issues and problems.

You can request a refund by submitting a refund request to our customer representatives.   Refund requests MUST be made in writing. Please use the contact form on the Contact page, Support page or send an email to: support@pdunow.com. This way we will have a written request that we can respond to in order to confirm that your refund was processed. We will reply to your written refund request when your refund has been processed. We try to process all refund requests that same day they are received on days we have office hours.  Otherwise, we will process the refund request on the next business day.
