This knowledge area is concerned with making sure that every part of the project is coordinated from starting the project, to creating the plans, to executing the project work, to verifying the results of the work, and then closing the project or project phase. This course will review the inputs, tools and techniques and outputs for each process in the Project Integration Management knowledge area.
