The executing phase of a project is where the work is completed. This phase of the project is where the most of the project funds will be spent and it also includes a significant amount of risk. Project Executing Processes is a course that will provide an overview of the Project Executing process group, which is one of the five process groups.  This course will describe each of the executing processes required to deliver a project. This course will define the inputs, tools and techniques and outputs for each process.
