All projects require funds and funds must be provided by the business organization. However, project funding is directly impacted from and related to the finances of the business organization. This course will discuss why the financial health of a business organization is indicated by the information contained in the following financial statements: Balance sheet, Profit and loss statement, Cashflow statement, and Statement of changes in equity. This course will also explain the importance of business cash flow and cash management for the organization.
