Business Risk Analysis and Management is a course that will define risk management as a managerial process for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the activities of an organization in order to minimize the adverse effects of accidental losses due to risk events at reasonable cost. This course will define risk management and describe how risk must be managed for the organization before it can be managed for a portfolio, program or project.
