Building the Project Team

One of the first and possibly the most important activity for starting a project is to build the project team. Building project teams is a course that will describe all facets of building a project team. This course will review the project team principle. This course will review project resource management process and identify the activities for this process. This course will describe the importance of assessing team members skills and the types of tests that can be used. This course will also identify the costs associated with building the project team. This course will describe the team charter and identify what should be included in a team charter. Finally, this course will review the different types of meeting that project team will need to conduct throughout the duration of the project.
