The Talent Triangle PDF Version will fulfill the PMI Talent Triangle requirements.  This PDU plan includes five courses and you will earn PDUs from each area of the PMI Talent Triangle. The five courses included in this PDU plan are: Project Business Case Development, The Impact of Organizational Structures, Culture, Power and Politics on Projects, Emotional Intelligence for Improved Teamwork, Identifying and Managing Project Conflict, and Project Risk Management Essentials.  This PDU plan provides access to PDF versions of the PDU courses.  PDF courses require reading the course content and passing an exam at the end of the course.
