Course Description

The Impact of Organizational Structures, Culture, Power, and Politics on Projects is a course that investigates how organizations are structured and how various aspects of the organization impact project management.  This course will explore how organizational structures will impact project management in the areas of: organizational goals, organizational structure, organizational culture, power, and politics.

This course has been registered with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and provides 4 Business Acumen PDUs.
