Scrum Roles, Artifacts and Activities is a course that will provide a detailed explanation about the team roles, the artifacts that a Scrum team must create and the activities that the Scrum team will participate in during the project. This course will provide an overview of the roles, artifacts and activities for a Scrum team. This course starts by explaining Agile and Agile Principles. Next this course will provide a detailed explanation for the primary Scrum roles of Product Owner, Scrum Master and the Project Team. This course will next provide a detailed explanation for the artifacts of the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and Product Increments. Finally, this course will provide a detailed explanation for Scrum activities of a Sprint, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospectives.
