Course Description

Developing a project schedule is one of the most important tasks for each project. Once completed the project schedule will serve as an important baseline for managing the project. Project schedule development is a course that will describe the process of identifying the tasks that are required to be performed for the project, estimating the material, people, equipment and supplies required for each project task and then estimating the time for each individual task, and finally, creating the project schedule.

This course has been registered with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and provides 10 Ways of Working PDUs.
