Planning is required to establish a clear and comprehensive plan for completing a project successfully. Project planning involves defining project goals, objectives, timelines, budgets, risk and creating a plan for executing the plan that meets the time and budget requirements. Project Planning Processes is a course that will provide an overview of the Project Planning process group, which is one of the five process groups. This course will describe each of the 24 planning processes required when planning a project. This course will review each process and define the inputs, tools and techniques and outputs for each process.
