Monitoring and controlling are essential processes for managing a project successfully. These processes provide vital data to help project managers stay on track, identify and address issues and risks, and ensure that the project meets its goals and objectives. Project Monitoring and Controlling Processes is a course that will provide an overview of the Project Monitoring and Controlling process group. This course will describe each of the 12 processes required when tracking project progress, identifying risks, verifying project quality, and managing changes. This course will review each process and define the inputs, tools and techniques and outputs for each process.
