Course Individually
Project Management Process Groups is a course that will provide an overview of the five of the Project Management process groups. This course will describe the purpose for each process group. The Project Management Institute identified 49 prescriptive processes that could be used to complete a project. These predictive processes are typically implemented when using a traditional or waterfall approach for managing a project. Project process groups are one of the ways to categorize the 49 prescriptive processes. Finally, this course will also define the processes that are included in each of the process groups, as well as the inputs, tools and techniques, and outputs for each process.
This course has been registered with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and provides 13 Ways of Working PDUs.
