Course Description

Project managers must perform many tasks during a project.  Some of the tasks are business related and others are management related tasks.  This course will describe the business and management tasks of the project manager.  This course will describe how the project manager is selected and the typical interaction working with company executives.  This course will also describe the primary organizational structures and various phases of a project.  

This course has been registered with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and provides 9 Ways of Working PDUs.
