Project Management – A Comprehensive Overview is a course that was created to provide a comprehensive overview of the project management industry. This course starts by defining the project management industry and it also provides background information on the history of this industry. This course will describe projects, describe how projects are selected and provide an understanding of the individuals involved when managing the project. This course will describe the five phases of a project and describe the processes involved in each phase. This course will also describe the inputs, tools and techniques and outputs for each process in the five phases of a project. This course will introduce agile project management practices and the activities to use for agile project management. Finally, this course will describe project risk and applying risk management to a project.
