Project Cost Management Processes is a course that will provide an overview of the project cost management knowledge area.  This course will define the cost processes related to planning, estimating, budgeting, and funding a project. This course will review the various methods that can be used for creating cost estimates. This course will describe the process for creating budgets and establishing the cost baseline for the project. Finally, this course will also review the processes for managing and controlling project costs.
