Course Description

The project business case will document the economic feasibility of a proposed project.  Once a potential project is identified, a business case is written as part of the formal project selection process.  This course will describe the process of creating the project business case.

This course has been registered with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and provides 4 Business Acumen PDUs.
