Planning and Managing Wireless LANs is a course that will describe how to specify, plan, manage, implement and troubleshoot wireless LANs. This course will provide an understanding of wireless frequencies that are used for wireless LANs. This course will also provide a detailed description of the various wireless standards and organizations that create LAN standards. This course will define all of the components used to create a wireless LAN. This course will provide an overview of the important concepts for wireless security. This course will describe the planning process for wireless LANs. It will review the steps for understanding how to install wireless equipment. It will also review the steps to manage a wireless LAN project. Finally, this course will conclude by providing a discussion of how to troubleshoot a wireless LAN installation.
