Course Description

Measurement of Project Deliverables is a course that will provide an overview of the measurement project performance domain. This course will describe the purpose of the measurement performance domain and the activities that are required to verify that the project is being executed correctly.  This course will define the tools and techniques that can be used when performing measurement during the project.

This course has been registered with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and provides 7 Ways of Working PDUs.
