All projects require meetings.  Some meetings will include just project team members to attend, while other meetings will include additional participants. Project managers will typically lead group meetings. Leading Effective Project Meetings is a training course that will help project managers to lead more effective meetings. This course will identify the most common types of group meetings that are held when running a project. This course will list the six principles for effective meetings. This course will describe the purpose and benefits of using an agenda for all project meetings.  This course will also describe the benefits of establishing meeting ground rules and the importance of recording meeting minutes.  Finally, this course will list the steps for closing a meeting.
