Introduction to Risk Management Techniques is a course that will describe the process for selecting a risk management technique. This course will describe the selection process and identify the selection criteria that can be used. This course will identify both the costs and benefits of risk management for both the organization and the project. This course will also describe the tailoring that can be used to get the risk management process optimized for any organization.
