Project identification and selection is an important activity for all organizations. Most organizations must carefully consider which projects to work on because of limited resources such as money, time and personnel. Identifying and Selecting Projects is a course that will define the process for selecting the correct projects for your organization. This course will define the different methods that can be used to select a project. This course will describe how to use the cost-benefit analysis, scoring models and cash flow techniques. This course will also review the process of identifying and evaluating risk as part of the project selection process.
This course has been registered with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and provides 3 Ways of Working PDUs.
