Course Description

Identifying and Managing Project Conflict is a course that will provide an overview of conflict that can occur during a project.  This course will identify what areas of the project are susceptible to conflict between project team members and client representatives.  This course will identify the issues that lead to conflicts.  This course will also define techniques that can be used to resolve conflicts.  

This course has been registered with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and provides 4 Power Skills PDUs.
