Course Description

Emotional intelligence is a skill that should be used by all project managers to control relationships during a project.  How we handle our emotions will have a direct impact on how well we handle problems encountered during the project.  Emotional intelligence will have a direct impact, either positive or negative, for every project you manage.  This course will describe how project managers can use emotional intelligence to successfully lead projects.
