Conflict Management is a course that will provide an overview of conflict that can occur during a project.  This course will identify what areas of the PMBOK^® Guide address conflict management.  This course will identify the issues that lead to conflicts between project team members.  This course will also define techniques that can be used to resolve conflicts.
