Course Individually
All projects require funding to purchase materials and pay the project team. Project funds must be provided by the business running the project. Business managers are responsible for managing business finances and the cash flow for the business. Business Finance and Cash Flow Management is a course that will explain business finance requirements and cash flow management. This course will distinguish between accounting statement profits and business cash flow. This course will describe cash budgeting and define how to create a cash budget for the business. Finally, this course will describe the steps for managing cash flow in a business.
