Course Description

Agile project management is a methodology that was developed for complex projects or where project requirements change quickly.  As a result, project managers need the agility to react in a timely fashion.  This course will describe the agile project management approach and compare it to a traditional project management approach.  This course will describe the four values for agile project management.  Finally, the twelve agile principles will be described in detail.

This course has been registered with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and provides 7 Ways of Working PDUs and 7 ACP PDUs for those with the PMI_ACP® certification.
