Project Management Principles are a new addition to the PMBOK^® Guide 7th Edition. The updated version of the PMBOK^® Guide defines 12 project management principles. These principles should be used as a set of guiding practices for the project management industry and they should be adopted by project managers for all projects. 12 Project Management Principles is a course that describes the twelve principles defined in the PMBOK^® Guide 7th Edition. This course will describe each principle and explain how they should be used with project methods and approaches strategy, decision-making, and problem-solving.
