Course Description
Creating Project Value Using Scrum is a course that will describe the multitude of ways that the Scrum project approach provides value. Creating value is a term that is used quite a bit these days in many different ways. The term creating value refers to the process of generating benefits and advantages that are valuable to customers, stakeholders, and to the organization itself. Creating Project Value using Scrum is a course that defines the term value and explains why creating value is important. This course will explain the various ways that a Scrum team creates value for a project. Finally, this course will define the different ways that value can be verified for a project.
This course has been registered with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and provides 6 Ways of Working PDUs, 6 ACP PDUs for those with the PMI_ACP® certification, and 6 SEUs for those holding a Scrum Master credential.
