Project Quality Management Processes is a course that will describe the processes for establishing quality policies and controlling quality for a project. This course will describe the importance of creating quality goals when planning the project. This course will identify the importance of defining who will be responsible for implementing the defined quality standards. Finally, this course will describe how to verify that the project quality standards have been achieved for the project.
