Course Description

Creating the project cost budget is one of the primary responsibilities of every project manager. The project budget involves planning project costs, creating a project budget and controlling costs throughout the project.  This course will describe the various facets related to developing the project cost budget.  

This course has been registered with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and provides 10 Ways of Working PDUs.
