Course Description

Identifying Project Requirements and Creating the WBS is a course that will describe the process for identifying project requirements, creating the project scope and then creating the WBS.  This course will describe the different techniques that can be used when identifying and verifying requirements for a project. This course will describe the importance of verifying that all project requirements are identified to fulfill the scope for the project. Finally, this course will explain the steps for creating a work breakdown structure for a project and verifying that it includes all of the project work defined in the project scope.
