Defining and controlling the project scope is one of the most important activities for every project. The project scope defines, documents, and controls what is included in the project, as well as what is not included in the project. Project Scope Management Processes is a course that will describe the processes used to create the project’s scope. This course will describe how to create the scope document for a project. This course will identify how to collect requirements that will be used to create the project scope.  This course will describe the WBS and identify how to decompose project requirements.  Finally, this course will describe how to validate and control the project scope.
