Lean is an agile project management methodology for eliminating waste. This course will describe the agile project management approach and compare it to a traditional project management approach. This course will describe the four values and twelve agile principles. This course will describe important Lean concepts to help a team to improve the way they work. This course will also describe the process for identifying the root cause of problems. Finally, this course will identify the three wastes that constrain project workflow.
