Course Description

Leadership is a broad term that describes the skill of leading or directing individuals, teams, or a business organization. The project manager serves a critical leadership role for programs and projects.  Leadership also requires motivating project team members.  This course will describe the skills and traits for leading and motivating project team members.

This course has been registered with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and provides 6 Power Skills PDUs.
