Course Description
Introduction to Project Costs Management is a course that will describe project costs and explain why managing project costs is one of the most important jobs for a project manager. This course will introduce project budgets and explain why budgets are needed for a project. Project cost management deals with planning the cost management process, estimating activity costs, creating a budget for the project and managing costs throughout the life cycle of the project.
