Introduction to ICT Project Management

Introduction to ICT Project Management is a course that will describe projects, how projects are selected and provide an understanding of the individuals involved when managing the project.  This course will describe the five phases of a project. Finally, this course will define the knowledge areas and the processes included in each knowledge area.
