Course Description

Projects are created because there is usually some sort of a business need or a requirement that is not being satisfied or needs to be satisfied.  The business needs assessment is a pre-project activity.  This work must be completed before the project work begins.  Finally, this information will be used to create the business case and serves as the foundation for the project objectives.  This course will describe the process of performing the business needs assessment. 

This course has been registered with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and provides 7 Business Acumen PDUs.
