Scrum project management is a methodology that was developed for complex projects or where project requirements change quickly. As a result, project managers need the agility to react in a timely fashion. This course will describe the Scrum project management approach and compare it to a traditional project management approach. This course will explain agile by describing the four values for agile project management. This course will also describe the twelve agile principles. This course will introduce Scrum as a key agile project approach. Finally, this course will highlight the important features used for Scrum project management to complete a project.
This course has been registered with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and provides 7 Ways of Working PDUs, 7 ACP PDUs for those with the PMI_ACP® certification, 7 PBA PDUs for those with the PMI_PBA® certification, and 7 SEUs for those holding a Scrum Master certification.
