Advanced ICT Project Management

Advanced ICT Project Management is a course that will describe how to manage ICT cabling infrastructure projects. This course will describe the importance of creating the project charter that accurately defines the requirements of the project. This course will describe how to create the design and a plan for installing an ICT cabling infrastructure project. This course will also identify the activities to execute, monitor, control and close the project.
