Organizational decision-making is an important skill for all project managers. The reason is that project managers must navigate complex client situations, align stakeholders, and confirm projects meet the organization’s strategic objectives. Project managers should understand how decisions flow within their organization and who the key decision-makers are. Improving Organizational and Project Decision Making is a course that will help organizations and individual project managers refine their decision-making processes. This course will promote solid decision making by verifying that choices are data-driven, ethical, strategic, and aligned with both business and project goals. This course will explain how to identify organizational information flow and how it impacts the decision-making process. This course will identify five decision-making frameworks and explain the benefits of each. This course will discuss the benefits of implementing data-driven decision making and highlighting key performance indicators. This course will describe how to incorporate Artificial Intelligence into the decision-making process to improve speed and efficiency. Finally, this course will identify six techniques for facilitating consensus to make decisions.
