Project Resource Management Processes

Project Resource Management Processes is a course that will provide an overview of the project resource management knowledge area and describe how it applies to a project.  This course will define creating a plan for project resources, building a project team, organizing the project team members, and then managing the project team during the project execution.

This course has been registered with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and provides 2 Ways of Working PDUs.
