Overview of the Project Management Process Groups

Overview of the Project Management Process Groups is a course that will provide an overview of all five of the Project Management process groups. This course will describe the purpose for each process group. This course will also define the processes that are included in each of the process groups, as well as the inputs, tools and techniques, and outputs for each process.
