Refund Policy

For a Subscription

Students may receive a refund within 30 days of a subscription purchase, if you have NOT completed any PDU courses that are available from the subscription and earned PDU credits from any of those courses. Any completed courses taken as part of a subscription will have their individual price subtracted from the subscription price. Programs taken online will not be refunded if you have already taken the final exam. 

For Individual Courses

Students may receive a refund within 30 days of purchase, if you have NOT completed a purchased course and earned PDU credits from the course.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund by submitting a support ticket.   This way we will have a written document that we can respond to in order to verify that the refund was processed. Please include your name and the email address on your account.  We will reply to your support ticket when the refund has been processed.
