Who Should Use the PDUnow Site

The PDUnow site can be used by the following Project Management Institute (PMI)® credential holders:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)®,
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP)®,
  • Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP)®,
  • PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)®,
  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®,
  • PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)® and
  • PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI–SP)®


The following are required to earn 60 PDUs to renew their PMI® credential:

  • (PMP)®,
  • PgMP®,
  • PfMP® and
  • PMI-PBA®


The following are required to earn 30 PDUs to renew their PMI® credential:

  • PMI-ACP®,
  • PMI-RMP® and
  • PMI–SP®


Note - Those PMI® credential holders that have multiple credentials can use the PDUnow site to each PDUs for all of their PMI® credentials for one fee.

The PDUnow site can also be used by any PMP® exam applicant that must obtain 35 project management contact hours, which are required to take the PMP® exam.

How to Earn PMI® PDUs

The PDUnow site is very easy to use. PDUs can earned and reported in 4 easy steps:

1. Decide how to purchase PDU courses.  Courses are available by purchasing a PDU subscription or purchasing couress individually.

2. Complete the courses selected by reading the course content and then passing the course final exam.

3. You will receive a certificate of completion for each PDU course completed on the PDUnow site.

4. Report completed PDUs to PMI®. It is that easy!
